Oeksound Bloom is now available

Long-awaited plug-in officially launches

Oeksound Bloom adaptive tone shaper multi-band compression dynamic EQ saturation colour replacement processor

Following its initial reveal at NAMM 2024 back in January, Oeksound have announced that the latest addition to their plug-in line-up is now available for purchase. The company say that Bloom does “what they wish an EQ would do”, namely it can be used in the place of a dynamic EQ, multi-band compressor, saturator or standard compressor, while not actually falling into any of those processing categories itself!

We published an overview of Bloom’s key features back when it was announced, and so we refer you to the original news story here. It’s currently also being put to the test here at SOS, with a full review in the works and set to appear in a future issue.

Compatibility

Bloom is supported on PCs running Windows 10 and above, and Macs running macOS 10.14 and higher. VST3, AU and AAX plug-in versions are available. Authorisation is taken care of by PACE’s iLok system, although a physical dongle is not required.

Pricing & Availability

Bloom is available now, priced at $209£169 including VAT / €199.
