LSi’s annual PLASA Show is fast approaching, with a total of 239 pro audio, staging and lighting brands set to exhibit the latest products and technologies at Olympia London from 3 - 5 September 2023. Those interested in attending can still register for free tickets until 31 August 2023, after which they will be priced at £15 in advance and £20 on the door.

Exhibitors

A wide range of pro audio manufacturers are confirmed to be exhibiting, including the likes of Allen & Heath, AED Audio, BishopSound, d&b audiotechnik, DiGiCo, EM Acoustics, FBT Audio, Glensound, KV2 Audio, JBL, L-Acoustics, Midas, Nexo, Omega Pro Audio, OutBoard, Peavey, RCF, Sennheiser, Shure, Tannoy, Yamaha and more. There are also a number of AV-based specialists attending, too, such as Canford Audio, Clear-Com, Epson, Green Hippo, Luminex, PSCo, Rosco and Tight AV.

Seminars & Demonstrations

Alongside the exhibitors, the show will also be hosting a total 112 educational sessions. A seminar programme sponsored by Vectorworks will be delivering back-to-back sessions covering a wide range of topics including creative inspiration, business advice and technical insights, whilst audio-focused talks include offerings such as 'Radio Mic Fitting For Theatre' with Rosie Stroud of the Association of Sound Designers as well as 'Sound System Design For Acoustically Challenging Spaces' with Patrick Smith of Sandy Brown.

Hands-on training sessions are on offer, with attendees able to take advantage of Dante Certification courses across levels 1, 2 and 3, and a range of immersive audio demonstrations will also be taking place.

Additionally, CH Vintage Audio will return to the show, showcasing the vintage audio and lighting products used for some of the world’s most iconic concerts, albums and shows, such as Pink Floyd’s ‘Dark Side of the Moon’ sound system, The Beatles’ ‘Abbey Road’ monitors and David Bowie’s ‘Ziggy Stardust’ tour equipment from 50 years ago. So, plenty to see and hear!
