Cableguys have announced the launch of ShaperBox 3.5.1, a free update which kits their creative rhythmic multi-effects suite out with a number of enhancements to its presets system and LFO Waves function.
Each of the plug-in’s Shaper modules now features a Favourites section which can be used to store up to nine LFO shapes, allowing users to build up a collection of their most-used modulation shapes. From there, they can be exported and imported via the main menu to create backups, make space for new collections, or to be shared with other users. Additionally, LFOs can now be copied and pasted globally across all instances of ShaperBox, and even to other compatible Cableguys plug-ins — an incoming update means that FilterShaper XL will soon be kitted out with the same feature.
Along with the headline features, the update also introduces some improvements and enhancements including the ability to save custom startup presets via the main menu, a clearer layout and light-up MIDI note indicators for the MIDI Switch mode, and a number of bug fixes.

Compatibility
ShaperBox 3.5.1 is supported on PCs running Windows 7 and above, and Macs running macOS 10.13 or higher. It is available in VST2, VST3, AAX and AU plug-in formats.

Shaperbox 3.5.1 is available now, and is a free update to all existing ShaperBox 3 owners. For those wishing to purchase the software, the ShaperBox 3 Bundle is priced at $€99. Upgrade discounts are available for owners of earlier versions, and can be found via users’ Cableguys account.
